Updating the images in the front page animation requires that you resize your image to 550 x 400 px and upload the image to the library below.
The images must be named "pic1.jpg", "pic2.jpg" etc. as the animation loads the pictures in order.
You may rename old images before you add the new one in case you wish to use the old one again (simply rename back to pic?.jpg).
